Stack schedules Reschenthaler replacement election for April 2

With former Sen. Guy Reschenthaler (R-Allegheny) off to Congress, the Pennsylvania Senate is still one short of 50.

His replacement will be chosen by suburban Pittsburgh voters on April 2, per a tweet from outgoing Lt. Gov. Mike Stack.
