Judge rules against “opening Pandora’s box," confirms Tomlinson win

A Bucks County Court of Common Pleas judge ruled against a challenge to state absentee ballot rules by Rep. Tina Davis's (D-Bucks) Senate campaign Monday, confirming incumbent Sen. Tommy Tomlinson's (R-Bucks) razor thin reelection.

The suit asked Judge Jeffrey Finley to decide if the General Assembly “clearly, palpably and plainly violated” the state constitution's free and fair election clause with the tight turn around for absentee applications and the ballot themselves.
