VIDEO: Rep. Delozier's clean slate legislation heads to the Senate floor

On Monday afternoon Rep. Sheryl Delozier (R-Cumberland) hosted a press conference in support of House Bill 1419.

The bill, which was passed by the House in April, builds upon Act 5 of 2016 and would automatically seal low-level, non-violent misdemeanors, summary offenses and non-conviction records with no action required by the person after remaining crime-free for 10 years. The bill was unanimously passed out of the Senate Judiciary Committee Monday afternoon and now will head to the Senate Floor.

On Monday afternoon, Rep. Sheryl Delozier (R-Cumberland) joined The Zonta Club of Harrisburg-Hershey in the state Capitol for their "16 Days of Activism against Gender Based Violence Campaign."

This rally focused on human trafficking and informed that human trafficking is still active around the world, even in Pennsylvania.
